Gautam Gambhir and Shahid Afridi’s war of words continue in heated exchange

Powered by Firework Back in April 2019, former Pakistani international cricketer Shahid Afridi released his autobiography named ‘Game Changer, which had some controversial comments towards former Team India batsman Gautam Gambhir. Recently, the comments came to light, had it has become the reason of a verbal tussle between the iconic cricketing names of the past decade. And yes, I’ve attitude towards liars, traitors & opportunists,” Gambhir tweeted earlier today.Recalling the historical final match of the 2007 World T20 at Johannesburg, Gambhir mentioned his staggering innings in the match, scoring a 54-ball-75 in the first innings, with with eight boundaries and two over boundaries.Afridi, although winning the player of the series award, ducked in the final chase , as India won the match by 5 runs.Gambhir landed another amazing innings at the 2011 World Cup final, scoring 97-off-122 against Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
